Why can't I withdraw my money? It says my account is “Under Review.”
This is the most common question we get! It almost always means you have an active bonus on your account. When you accept a bonus, your initial deposit and the bonus funds are "locked" until you meet the "playthrough requirement."
What is a "Playthrough Requirement"?
A playthrough is the total amount you must enter in contests to "unlock" your bonus and turn it into withdrawable cash.
Example: We have a 1x playthrough. If you deposit $50 and get a $25 bonus, you have $75 in total funds. You must enter a total of $75 in contests. Once you do, all your winnings and any remaining bonus are 100% withdrawable cash and you would be able to submit a withdrawal request.
How can I check my playthrough progress?
You can see your progress right in the app! Just go to your BNF Wallet to see how much playthrough you have left and the total amount required before being able to withdraw.
I have reached the playthrough requirement! Why did my withdrawal fail?
One of the most common reasons for a failed withdrawal is trying to use a payment method that isn't approved for withdrawals or providing incorrect account information during your withdrawal request.

How long does an account take to be approved for withdrawals?
To protect your account, your first withdrawal may take up to 12 hours to be reviewed. You will receive a notification once the review is completed letting you know if your account has been approved for withdrawals or if your account is currently not eligible for withdrawals.
I submitted a withdrawal request. When will I receive my money?
This depends on your bank. Once approved, withdrawals can be instant (within minutes), same-day (by the end of the day), or take up to 1-2 business days.
I withdrew my cash, and my bonus funds disappeared. Why?

I used a promo code, but I didn't get my bonus. Why?
This usually happens for one of these reasons:
First-Time-Only: The code was only for a user's first deposit, and you had already deposited before.
Min. Deposit Not Met: The code had a minimum deposit (like $20) and your deposit was less than that.
Code Expired: The promotion has ended.

We are required by law in every state we operate to confirm the identity and age of our users. This helps prevent fraud and ensures no one under the legal age can play. You will not be able to deposit or play until your identity is verified.
How long does verification take? What if it fails?
Most verifications are instant. If yours is "pending," it has been sent for a manual review, which can take up to 24 hours. If it "fails," it's usually because of a blurry photo, an expired ID, or a name that doesn't match your account. Please try again in a well-lit room.
Why am I blocked by location? It says I'm in a restricted state, but I'm in a legal state.
You must be physically located in one of our licensed states to play. If you are in a legal state but still blocked, please try these steps:
Make sure your phone's WiFi is turned ON.
Restart the Bleacher Nation Fantasy app.
Check your phone's settings to ensure you have given the app "Precise Location" permission.
I'm locked out of my account / I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
You can easily reset your password by typing in your email on the login page and clicking the forgot password button. This will send a reset password link to your email.
If a player does not play at all, that pick is "voided" (or "pushed").
If your entry has 3 or more picks, it remains live and is graded at the next lowest payout (e.g., a 4-pick entry becomes a 3-pick).
If your entry becomes a 1-pick ticket, it will be refunded.
If all your remaining players are on the same team, the ticket will be refunded
What is the red heart (❤️) "REVIVE" rule for injuries?
If you see a red heart (❤️) on a player, it means they are eligible for our "REVIVE" rule. If that player gets injured in the first half of a game and does not return, your pick for them will be voided.
Your entry will then be graded as if it had one less pick (e.g., a 4-pick becomes a 3-pick).
If this leaves you with a 1-pick entry or only players from the same team, your whole ticket will be refunded.
Important: Players who are ejected or benched do not qualify for Revive. Revives are applied at our discretion.
What are the minimum play time rules for a pick to be active?
If a player meets these minimums, the pick is "live" and does not qualify for a "DNP" void, even if they get injured later.
NFL: At least 1 offensive snap
NBA: At least 1 second of play
MLB: Hitters must be in the starting lineup. Pitchers must start and throw at least 1 pitch.
NHL: Skaters must play at least 1 second. Goalies must start.
Soccer: Players must be in the starting lineup.
PGA: Golfers must complete the round.
Tennis: Players must complete the match. In the result of a match not completing due to injury, any selections that have had their results already determined will be graded as such. All undetermined selections will be voided.
MMA: Players must compete in the fight. In the result of a match not completing due to injury or DQ, any selections that have had their results already determined will be graded as such. All undetermined selections will be voided.
Why didn't I win? I only got one pick wrong.
This means you placed a "Standard" (all-or-nothing) entry. You must get every single pick correct to win on a Standard entry. If you want to get paid even if you miss one or two picks, you must choose "Flex" before you submit your entry. Flex entries pay out differently:
Flex Pick 2 - 2/2 (2x), 1/2 (0.5x)
Flex Pick 3 - 3/3 (2.25x), 2/3 (1.25x)
Flex Pick 4 - 4/4 (4x), 3/4 (2x)
Flex Pick 5 - 5/5 (5x), 4/5 (1.5x), 3/5 (1x)
Flex Pick 6 - 6/6 (10x), 5/6 (2.5x), 4/6 (1.5x)
Flex Pick 7 - 7/7 (25x), 6/7 (2.5x), 5/7 (2x)
Flex Pick 8 - 8/8 (50x), 7/8 (5x), 6/8 (2.5x)
Why was my ticket refunded? It should have been a win!
This usually happens when one of your picks results in a "push" (a tie) or a player does not play. For example, if you picked a player for "Over 10 points" and they scored exactly 10, that pick is a push.
When a pick is a push, it's removed from your ticket, and the ticket is graded at the next lowest level (e.g., a 4-pick becomes a 3-pick).
If this leaves you with fewer than two valid picks or less than 2 teams on the ticket, the entire ticket is refunded no matter the results of the remaining selections.
What's taking so long for my winning ticket to be graded?
We grade selections and process payouts after the official stats are confirmed. There can sometimes be a short delay as we wait for the final, official game data
Can I cancel or edit an entry after I've paid for it?
All entries are final. Once an entry is submitted, it cannot be canceled or edited. Please double-check your picks and the entry amount before you confirm.
I would like to cancel / delete my BNF pro subscription.
You can cancel your BNF Pro subscription through the App store where you purchased the subscription.
I cannot access my account.

I would like to change my username or email address.
To change your username you can tap on You in the bottom tab bar > tap on Edit Profile > tap on Change next to username. Unfortunately you are not able to change your email address on your account.
LeagueSync does not appear to be working correctly.
Please try removing and re-adding your league. If this does not work, please submit a help desk ticket for further assistance.
I am unable to complete verification through email.
Sorry about that. It looks like you are having trouble verifying your account through our 3rd party verification system. Please send us a photo of your ID and selfie holding the ID directly to us via email to support@drafters.com so we can manually verify your account. Thank you!
Feed is not loading or generating an error message.
First restart the app (completely close out the app). If this doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the app. If this does not correct the issue, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.
Not getting your breaking news notifications on your iOS or Android device?
Delete the Bleacher Nation Fantasy from your device. Redownload the Bleacher Nation Fantasy app, from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, swipe through the new-user orientation tabs again and be sure to tap “Yes!” on the final prompt to re-authorize your notification permissions!
Check that you have allowed the Bleacher Nation Fantasy to send push notifications in your phone settings:
On your iOS device: “Settings” > “Notifications” > “Bleacher Nation Fantasy.” Toggle “Allow Notifications” to the green “on” position, and tap to enable notifications on the Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners. You can also enable sounds and badges here to make sure you never miss an alert.
On your Android Device: “Apps” > “Settings” > “MORE” > “Application Manager” > “Downloaded” > “Bleacher Nation Fantasy.” Check the appropriate checkboxes to enable notifications from Bleacher Nation Fantasy.
If that doesn’t work (or if you recently updated your operating system) your old settings may still be cached. To solve for that:
Tap the “Profile” button in the bottom right of your screen
Click “Edit” in the top right corner of your screen
Scroll down and tap “Log Out”
Delete the app from your device
Re-install the app from the App Store or Play Store
Swipe through the Pro Tips you’re shown upon opening the app and authorize notifications as normal.
